Role Description This Volunteer role at Milaha is a contract, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The volunteer will support daily operational and administrative activities, such as assisting with documentation, organizing files, and coordinating basic logistics tasks under supervision. Responsibilities may include helping team members prepare reports or presentations, supporting internal events or community initiatives, and providing general office support as needed. The role involves working closely with different departments, following established procedures, and maintaining high standards of conduct, punctuality, and teamwork. This position is designed to provide practical exposure to maritime and logistics operations while contributing meaningfully to Milaha’s ongoing projects. Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
• High level of reliability, integrity, and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• Interest in maritime, logistics, or related fields; prior exposure through coursework or internships is beneficial.
• Availability to commit to the agreed contract period and comply with local regulations and company policies.
