Job description

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will identify and approach potential clients, present Job Master’s services, and build long-term relationships to drive growth. Daily tasks include managing leads, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, preparing basic sales proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and improve outreach strategies. The Sales Representative may assist in delivering product or service training to clients and contribute feedback to refine sales processes.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and handle inquiries effectively.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and support basic pipeline management.
Experience in Training or client onboarding to explain services clearly and support client understanding.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
Prior experience in recruitment services, staffing, or related industries is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
