Researcher – Executive Search

HeronCode is a founder-led executive search firm. We deliver senior and business-critical appointments for leading organisations across the GCC. We are expanding our research team and seek a commercially minded Researcher to work alongside our Co-Founders on live mandates.
The role
Talent engagement – Engage senior leaders across the region with confidence and discretion, presenting opportunities that shape their careers and building relationships that last.
Market mapping – Build a precise view of each market: the leaders who matter, where they sit and the moves that define them.
Mandate delivery – Drive every mandate forward with pace and rigour, in close partnership with the Co-Founders.
Market intelligence – Track talent, sector and hiring trends across the region, and translate them into insight for the Co-Founders and our clients.
The profile
– At least two years’ experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles
– A proven record of delivering against targets and building strong relationships
– Presence, confidence and polish in engaging senior professionals
– Resilience, drive and commercial judgement
– A genuine interest in the GCC market and the leaders shaping it
What we offer
– Starting salary of AED 6,000 per month
