This executive leadership role will focus on driving market penetration for our elite Spartan financial engine and ecosystem. The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Leader to build, lead, and scale an international, multi-national sales organisation from Dubai.
Crypto exchange experience is not strictly required. We strongly prioritise proven leaders from traditional financial services, FX/CFD brokerages, wealthtech, prime brokerage, or capital markets who excel at managing sales teams focused on B2B deal-making, institution-level strategic alliances, and channel partnerships. We need a true "player-coach" who leads multi-cultural teams from the front lines and knows how to transform strategic alliances into long-term commercial volume.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Ecosystem
- Build Strategic Networks: Lead the sales organisation in sourcing, negotiating, and establishing high-impact strategic alliances with regional brokerages, asset managers, institutional funds, family offices, and financial distribution networks globally.
- Commercial Volume Drivers: Design partnership structures and joint-venture frameworks that turn B2B strategic alliances into sustained ecosystem volume and multi-tiered commercial growth.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Spearhead the commercial positioning for the Spartan trading solution, while preparing the sales force for upcoming group product launches.
Multi-National Team Building & Leadership
- Manage & Inspire Global Teams: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing, culturally diverse sales force operating across multiple countries and time zones.
- Player-Coach Execution: Lead from the front—joining high-level partner meetings, co-pitching complex financial deals, and demonstrating gold-standard negotiation techniques.
- Sales Operations & KPIs: Establish structured sales pipelines, partnership commission models, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks across the multi-national sales team.
Group Expansion & Regional Presence
- Ecosystem Growth Roadmap: Establish commercial launch playbooks for new financial instruments and products in the group pipeline, ensuring continuous career and scope expansion for your division.
- Dubai Financial Hub Leadership: Serve as a prominent representative for OneBullEx at institutional roundtables, global summits, and executive networking events across the Middle East, Europe, APAC, and LATAM.
- Executive Alignment: Collaborate directly with C-suite, Product, and Risk leadership to feed market insights back into commercial deal structures and product development.
What We Are Looking For
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or client coverage within financial services, FX/CFD brokerages, wealthtech, capital markets, or high-growth fintech platforms.
- B2B & Strategic Partnerships: Proven track record of closing B2B strategic alliances, channel partner deals, and institutional distribution agreements.
- Multi-National Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and scaling culturally diverse, multi-national sales teams.
- Player-Coach Mentality: Hands-on leader who actively closes major strategic accounts alongside their team and sets the bar for sales execution.
- Location & Presence: Based in (or open to immediate relocation to) Dubai, UAE, with the ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
