Job description

Role Description The Billing Manager is a part-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate invoices for security and consulting services. The Billing Manager will manage billing systems, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments to support healthy revenue cycles. Daily tasks include reconciling billing data, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with operations and finance teams, and implementing improvements to billing workflows. The role also involves generating regular billing reports, analyzing revenue trends, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in billing operations, including Billing Process and Invoicing.
Hands-on experience with Billing Systems and related financial software.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting billing data and supporting decision-making.
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management in service-based or consulting environments.
Attention to detail, accuracy in financial documentation, and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in billing, finance, or accounting; experience in security or consulting services is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
