HR Director - Construction & Real Estate

Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the construction and real estate sector. A growth-stage developer / contractor is hiring an HR Director to lead manpower planning, employee relations, recruitment governance and organisational capability across project and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR strategy across multiple sites and business units.
• Support rapid mobilisation and hiring for engineering, commercial and support functions.
• Advise leadership on productivity, retention, reward and compliance.
• Manage recruitment partners and improve HR systems and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ HR experience, including senior leadership in construction, real estate or EPC.
• Strong knowledge of site-based and head-office workforce planning.
• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
