Tihama Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Sales & Operations Executive to support business development activities and day-to-day operations in Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who want to gain experience in sales, client communication, business coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working across different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Assist in identifying prospective customers and new business opportunities.

Support client outreach, sales follow-ups, and relationship management.

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and direct inquiries appropriately.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Maintain customer databases and update sales activity records.

Operations and Coordination

Support daily operational and administrative activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update spreadsheets.

Track pending activities and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

Assist in improving coordination, workflows, and customer service processes.

Provide general business support to management as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work collaboratively.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
