Role Description The Freelance Outdoor Instructor will lead and facilitate a range of outdoor activities and adventure programs for corporate groups, school cohorts, and travel partners. This part-time role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves conducting safety briefings, and supervising participants during activities such as desert camping, team-building challenges, and skill-based outdoor activities. Additional responsibilities include assessing site conditions, responding appropriately to changing weather and group needs, maintaining accurate records of activities and incidents, and collaborating with the wider team to deliver high-quality experiences. The role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the schedule of trips and events.
