This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our diverse portfolio of mega-projects, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and government infrastructure. As a senior leader, you will oversee safety strategies, manage compliance with Saudi regulations, and drive a culture of safety excellence across multi-disciplinary teams. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to implement proactive safety measures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to international and local safety standards such as ISO 45001 and the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Minimum of 10 years of experience in health and safety management within the construction or infrastructure sectors. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and other relevant safety standards. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations. Proficiency in safety management software and tools. Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and GOSI requirements. ماجستير in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Additional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction, LEED AP, or Mostadam. Experience working on Saudi Vision 2030 giga-projects or similar large-scale developments. Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools for safety planning. Knowledge of ARAMCO Approved Vendor safety standards.
