Tasks
- Reviewing and coordinating the work and activities of public service employees and defining their tasks and duties.
- Preparing and developing work programs and procedures and coordinating activities with other organizational units.
- Studying work problems, identifying their causes, proposing suitable alternative solutions, and following up on their implementation.
- Evaluate the performance of public service employees and their adherence to regulations, and identify their training needs.
- Preparing, submitting, documenting, and storing periodic work reports in approved records.
