Role Description The Public Relations Officer (Emirati) at PDL COFFEE CO., based on-site in Dubai, is responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the brand. This full-time role includes drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing relationships with journalists and influencers to secure coverage in relevant outlets. The role involves planning and executing PR campaigns, supporting promotional events, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. The Public Relations Officer monitors public sentiment, responds to inquiries, and collaborates with internal teams to align PR efforts with marketing and business objectives. The role also includes preparing reports on PR activities and recommending strategies to strengthen brand reputation. Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Public Relations and Media Relations, with experience managing relationships with press and external stakeholders.
Ability to draft and manage Press Releases and other external communications tailored to diverse audiences.
Strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills, including clear writing, messaging alignment, and presentation abilities.
Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or consumer brands, ideally within the UAE market.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
UAE National (Emirati) with knowledge of local culture, media landscape, and regulatory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
