We’re Hiring: Photographer & Videographer | Full-Time | Yearly Bonus | Immediate Start | Location: IBN Battuta Gate Offices | About the Role: | We are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Photographer & Videographer to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content to showcase our property portfolio, support marketing campaigns, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. | The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to produce engaging, professional content suited to Dubai's competitive luxury real estate market. | Key Responsibilities: | Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties | Produce cinematic property tours, walkthrough videos, and promotional content | Create engaging reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms | Film and edit personal branding content for real estate agents | Produce creative content for Meta advertising campaigns and other marketing initiatives | Handle all aspects of post-production, including video editing, colour grading, sound, and visual effects | Edit and retouch property photographs to a professional standard | Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies | Manage and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment | Ensure all content aligns with E N D Properties' brand identity and quality standards | Qualifications & Skills: | Minimum 2+ years of professional photography and videography experience | Previous experience in real estate photography and videography is highly preferred | Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and video editing skills | Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software | Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings, and cinematic filming techniques | Experience producing high-quality social media reels and engaging short-form video content | Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver projects within deadlines | Experience with drone photography and videography is an advantage | Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organisational skills | Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team | Valid UAE driving license is mandatory | What We Offer: | Competitive salary with yearly bonus | Professional development and career growth opportunities | Multinational and collaborative work environment | Opportunity to work with luxury properties and premium real estate developments across Dubai | Creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing direction | Opportunity to work with a reputable and expanding real estate organisation
