Role Description The Operation Assistant role at Media Pro International is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Operation Assistant supports daily operational activities, including coordinating schedules, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role involves assisting with workflow planning, supporting logistics for media projects, and ensuring that operational processes are followed and updated as needed. The Operation Assistant communicates with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and provide reliable customer service. This position also requires monitoring operational performance, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with management to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong operations and operations management skills, with the ability to support day-to-day workflows and procedures.
Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with teams and clients.
Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and scheduling software).
Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and collaborate in a fast-paced media environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, media management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role is an advantage.
