Company Description Spain in Canada operates through Turespaña, the public body attached to Spain’s Ministry of Industry and Tourism, dedicated to promoting Spain as a global tourist destination. Turespaña works internationally via a network of 33 Tourism Offices of Spain, which are integrated into Spain’s Embassies and Consulates worldwide. The Tourist Office of Spain in Canada is based in Toronto and focuses on strengthening tourism ties between Spain and Canadian travelers. Team members contribute to showcasing Spain’s culture, regions, and experiences, supporting tourism professionals and institutions. The organization offers an international, collaborative environment with a strong focus on public service and cultural outreach. Role Description The Member role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting promotional activities for Spain as a tourist destination, assisting with coordination of events, campaigns, and information sessions targeting Canadian and regional audiences. The Member will help gather and organize tourism-related information, prepare basic reports or summaries, and assist in maintaining accurate records and databases. The role also involves communicating with partners, travel agencies, and stakeholders under guidance, and contributing to the creation and distribution of informational materials. Collaboration with colleagues in Toronto and other locations may be required to ensure consistent messaging and smooth project execution. Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Comfort with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn new tools.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both on-site in Dubai and remotely.
Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and cultural sensitivity when working with international partners and diverse audiences.
Interest in tourism, international relations, or cultural promotion; prior experience or related studies are beneficial.
Eligibility to work in Dubai and availability to commit to a part-time schedule.
