AW Connect is recruiting a Marketplace Manager for an established sportswear and lifestyle brand expanding its digital commerce team in Dubai.

You will drive growth and profitability across European marketplaces, including Zalando, Veepee and ASOS. This is a hands-on commercial role covering platform relationships, marketplace launches, assortment, pricing and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue and margin targets for each marketplace.
Lead new platform launches, from commercial agreements and assortment selection through to go-live.
Develop pricing and promotional plans aligned with brand positioning.
Negotiate campaigns, visibility and advertising with marketplace account managers.
Analyse sales, conversion, returns and profitability after platform fees.
Coordinate stock allocation, forecasting, content and daily marketplace operations.
Use AI tools to support analysis, forecasting, pricing and negotiation preparation.

Essential Requirements

At least four years of marketplace or eCommerce account-management experience.
Direct experience managing Zalando and/or Veepee, including commercial negotiations and performance.
Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
Strong understanding of P&L, pricing and margin after commissions.
Practical experience using AI tools in commercial workflows.

Experience in fashion, sportswear or lifestyle, marketplace launches and feed-management tools such as ShoppingFeed would be advantageous.

The position is based in Dubai. Candidates currently outside the UAE are welcome to apply if interested in relocating.
