This is a senior leadership role responsible for the technology strategy, delivery and operations across a large entertainment business, acting as the key link between the business and technology teams. Experience in the entertainment industry is essential here. Key areas of responsibility include: Owning the technology strategy and investment portfolio across entertainment operations Leading major transformation programmes and technology initiatives Overseeing customer-facing platforms including ticketing, booking, POS, CRM, loyalty and digital signage Driving architecture, systems integration and service operations Ensuring technology delivers measurable improvements across customer experience, revenue and operational efficiency Working closely with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders Leading teams, budgets and multiple technology programmes simultaneously We're looking for someone with: 15+ years of technology leadership experience Strong experience within entertainment, hospitality, retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments Proven ownership of enterprise technology portfolios and large transformation programmes Strong exposure to customer-facing applications and operational technology Experience across enterprise architecture, programme management, applications and IT operations Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership capability Relocation supported Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
